NRED Giving


Nolan's Executive Leadership team believes in the company's ability to make community involvement and service part of the corporate culture. NRED Cares Day was inspired by NRED Revenue Manager Danielle Graeter, who volunteers annually and thought the idea would be a hit given the family atmosphere at NRED and she was right!

Since 2016, the entire company has closed its doors on the third Thursday of September and allowed each property team at all 22 sites to volunteer at the non-profit organization of choice. In 2016, volunteer projects/hours equal to $40,000 were completed during the day of service at food banks, pet shelters, homeless agencies, and schools in Kansas, Texas and Illinois. In 2017, to date, our company has been able to complete many diverse NRED Cares projects and we estimate an investment of just under $67,000 in local non-profit organizations as a result of our teams and their service.
