Lindsey started in leasing with Nolan 10 years ago and has worked a number of the KC properties throughout the year. She was promoted to the assistant manager at the Falls a few years ago and has really excelled in this position.

In January, several of our KC employees took what was supposed to be a training session for bond certification also known as the HOUSING CREDIT CERTIFIED PROFESSIONAL training in addition to the certification exam.

Thank you to all who took the training session and exam, we know this was difficult given the instructor circumstances.

A special congrats to Lindsey who passed the exam and will now have her HCCP designation.

The Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) is a specialized designation for developers, property managers, asset managers and others working in the affordable housing industry through the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program. This training and certification will allow us to be better prepared to complete the required bond certification paperwork required on all of our 4 KC sites.
